LMD’s full design service includes all aspects of the design from the initial concept of the space through the installation and final accessorizing phases. This design process includes the following:
The Initial Concept of Design. Meeting with the client to establish requirements, preferences and budgets. Documenting the existing space and laying out new floor plans. The development and finally the presentation of the scheme.
Project Management. Administrative work on all purchases and deliveries. Liaising between clients, contractors and architectural firms involved in the project. Site visits and scheduling installations.
Final Installation. Supervising any carpentry and application of finishes. Managing delivery schedules and a presence during furniture and fixture deliveries.

Fees are based on the scope of the project.
