e-Design is a great way to get a designer look at a lesser cost, whether or not you're local. Correspondence takes place over the phone or via email, with the client taking on the initial design steps - including providing LMD with room measurements and images. Once those are received and a lifestyle questionnaire is filled out, we can put together a scheme that’s right for you and your home.
Space Planning. $120.00 If you have a space that's not being well utilized, send us room measurements and information about your furniture and we can rework the layout for you, providing you with a perfect new floorplan.
Design Consultation. $100.00 Need some simple ideas to spruce up your space? With pictures of your room on hand, LMD can send you a list of creative ideas on any budget.
Room Design. If you need an entire room redesigned but don’t want to deal with a designer on site you can still redesign your room! We start with floorplans and complete a scheme for you that works within your budget. We can do as little or as much as you want. From paint colors to furniture selection and finishing with accessories. LMD will provide you with complete source information, giving you everything you need to place orders on your own.
